We use several mechanisms for communicating with customers. One way is the quarterly newsletter. Many customers unfortunately have so much email that comes their way, they dont get a chance to read the newsletter. Our provider shows us detailed metrics on who opens emails, what they clicked on, what page they reviewed etc. Often when we meet some customers at events (such as trade shows) we hear “We dont hear from Inovis at all”.
To outline the multiple ways we want to connect with you, we are outlining some mechanisms:
1. We do quarterly lunches at various cities with our customers (to attend one or find locations, timing, etc. please email heidi.clark@inovis.com).
2. We send an email newsletter each quarter. To get on this list please send an email to jay.melton@inovis.com.
3. We often talk about upcoming events on our website, these are industry events where you can meet our team.
4. Our blog gives us a way to continue the conversation and obtain your feedback. Feel free to drop a comment here. Feel free to subscribe via RSS.
5. Finally our website is enabled for social media conversation. You can Digg our page, deli.cio.us it or furl it.
What other ways do you want us to communicate with you? We are taking the responsibility to communicate with you pro actively. What’s your responsibility to keep informed?
