Stringent service levels, continuous innovation and maximizing ROI continue to represent the key themes for Inovis and our customers since the launch of the MESH (Multienterprise Expert Services Hub) platform. With every new business community and community participant that we enable, the Inovis team gets additional feedback and value for the next implementation, but our users and their partners get an opportunity to demonstrate new implementation models which allows Inovis to better understand how to deliver improved capabilities for the demanding process and interoperability requirements for global trade.
The MESH platform is a fully redundant, self-healing expert platform for delivering new capabilities and solutions for our customers. With the integration of the BetweenMarkets capabilities, not only does the operational environment of Inovisworks deliver an expert system which self-heals or self-solves production issues, it also provides a platform for creating an Expert Community.
So what is an Expert Community? Much like an expert system and an expert services hub, it is a self-healing and self-regulating ecosystem. The community applications from BetweenMarkets provide users the ability to self-manage all business and technical requirements in a given trading community from testing and enablement through to production trading. Participants now have the ability to adjust, improve and deliver new approaches to exceeding service level requirements for their customer. The ability to establish an expert community starts at on-boarding and leverages automated remediation of errors which happen in production on an ongoing basis.
Defining, developing and maintaining an Expert Community is critical to sustain a competitive advantage for our customers in the marketplace and why they continue to improve implementations through enabling more processes and partners. With a best practice and analytic driven approach to managing their business communities, our customers continue to demonstrate creativity and innovation in their community management deployments.
