Just like the layout in the last portal, the training tab is located at the top left of your screen. This tab is your source for information on the courses offered by our Education Services team. you can search by class, location or calendar and sign up for classes right here.

Also included in the customer portal refresh is a brand new section known as the Community Section. This is an interactive area where employees and customers alike can network to improve and build upon their business processes. Here, customers will be able to converse, collaborate, and create. Some of the exciting new features existing within this section include a Wiki, Customer FAQ Channel, Latest news and Events and a user community.
