Aberdeen has a late-December study coming out that will kick start a series of reports examining the topic of Software as a Service in the world of Supply Chain Management, and they’d love to hear from you. You can give the research team your 2 cents via the survey. As a respondent, you’ll be eligible for a free copy of the study.

I’m curious as to how they will address the last mile issues? Most businesses that subscribe to SaaS cannot afford a redundant network stream.

Hi Kendall
My name is Nari. I am the research analyst conducting the study.
I dont fully follow your question. Could you elaborate further?
Are you suggesting that for business processes that are in the last mile of the supply chain , SaaS is not a viable model due to network issues that may result in outages of the software and hence causing inefficiencies?
I would like to followup with you and discuss the issue over the phone. I can be reached at 617 854 5293.
