Sometimes the path of least resistance is the best route to take. Whether your to-do list is overflowing to the point of unmanageable, your staff is dwindling due to the economy or extended time off, or you’re receiving constant pressure from sales to setup new partners faster, a little external help can go a long way.
A professional services team can provide you the assistance and insight needed to save you time, money, and best of all, your sanity! For those needing to setup new partners at the speed of light, a well qualified team can help with processes such as mapping, communication setup, and testing. For those dealing with an understaffed workforce, a professional services team can augment your staff and assist you wherever you need it most. And finally, for those having a hard time prioritizing with a never-ending list of tasks, the right group can provide you with proven best practices to ensure maximum efficiency in your EDI environment.
Whether needing a little help or a significant amount of direction and assistance, the help of a professional services team might be exactly what you need to put your business in the right direction.

Erik Huddleston, our CTO, was listed as a supply chain pro this week.
Sure, we’ve always known he was a football aficionado, but now he’s rightfully recognized as a supply chain expert. Congrats.
The 2009 list of “Pros to Know” by Supply Demand Chain Executive honors “supply chain leaders demonstrating leadership during times of economic crisis.”
“This years Pros to Know is a tribute to those who have seen the importance of Supply Chain – both on the Practitioner side and the Solution Provider side – and have quietly been working over the years to strengthen the supply chain at their own companies or at their clients.”
Other Pros include supply chain execs from Hertz, SAP, i2, Amgen and Motorola.
