Summer is right around the corner and the 2009 Inovis Education Services Roadshow is only a little over a month away. While this year’s Roadshow may be the perfect opportunity for a much needed vacation, we have come up with five great reasons why you should come out to Atlanta in case you’re still weighing your options.

1. It’s affordable! When planning this year’s Roadshow, we thought first and foremost about the economic situation most companies are currently facing. Thanks to some help from our friends at the Marriott Hotel Chain, we are pleased to offer a rate of $900 for all three days. Additionally, all participating Marriott locations will offer the discounted room rate of 109 dollars for a suite. And, to really relieve your wallets, we will be providing breakfast and lunch meals to all participants.
2. The Learning is Hands On: 5 workshops will be offered each morning and afternoon, combining for the opportunity to attend 6 total workshops over the 3 day period. Since we are holding this year’s Roadshow in Atlanta and will be hosting several workshops at our Alpharetta corporate office, many of these sessions will be hands on for the first time in Education Services Roadshow history.
3. We’ll Provide the Perfect Mix: Business is all about networking these days, and attendees will have the chance to mix and mingle at a pool side cookout hosted by Marriott. Come on out to meet other professionals who use the same products and services, as well as Inovis experts who will gladly answer any questions you may have.

It’s at the Home of the Braves: Whether you’re a big baseball fan or just enjoy attending fun sporting events, you won’t want to miss out on the opportunity to see the Atlanta Braves play in their home stadium! The Braves will be in town the 20^th – 22^nd and will be squaring off against the New York Mets. What better way to end a long day of learning than with a box of peanuts and a stadium full of enthusiastic fans?
5. It’s the Perfect Family Getaway: In addition to the discounted room rate of 121 dollars for a suite that Marriott will be providing, Marriott is also extending this special rate for before and after the Roadshow to attendees interested in extending their stay. And for an added bonus-Marriott will grant an additional 200 Marriott rewards points to those who are a rewards member! Bring your family along and take them to the Aquarium, world of Coca-Cola, High Museum of Art, Fernbank Museum, Atlanta Botanical Garden, the historic Fox Theatre or CNN Studio Tour for a ton of summer fun.
