This week is National Customer Service Week and in honor of this year’s celebration, we’d like to thank our Solution Staff for their hard work and dedication to providing the best possible service to Inovis customers.
National Customer Service Week was created to raise awareness on the importance of customer service. During the last year, the Inovis Solution Center has worked diligently to deliver Excellence in providing Best-In-Class Support, allowing our customers to maximize their investment with Inovis Products and Services. Our 2009 Year-to-date Satisfaction rating of 95% demonstrates our commitment and achievement.
We are appreciative of our loyal customers and the outstanding individuals that comprise our Solution Center team. We hope you’ll join us in celebrating this week of dedication to excellence.
