Over the past couple of weeks, we have posted two different articles detailing steps organizations should make in order to succeed in a post-recession environment. Today’s question is:

What would your list be? What are certain tactics you feel supply chains must adopt in order to be successful and what habits must they change?

For many companies, the only way they can react quickly to business changes is to get into an emergency situation. To be successful you need to be able to react quickly to supplier and customer changes without having to go into an emergency mode situation.

David,

I absolutely agree. If your business strategy proves to be reactive rather than proactive, you’re risking a lot of money. In my opinion, that’s what makes supply chain visibility so priceless.

Thanks for the comment!
